As the Manager of Digital Experience & Brand Design, I oversee the creative direction and execution of all digital touchpoints across the brand. I lead the strategy and design for paid social campaigns, email marketing, UX/UI, e-commerce content, and social media, ensuring every asset aligns with our visual identity and brand voice.
I manage cross-functional creative projects from concept through execution—mentoring designers, owning timelines, and collaborating closely with marketing, merchandising, and product development. My role bridges design and strategy, with a focus on driving consistency, clarity, and creativity across every platform.
Art Direction

Paid Social Marketing
I work closely with our performance marketing agency to execute a test-and-learn creative strategy. By tracking KPIs like CTR, ROAS, and engagement, I can quickly identify what resonates and iterate on top-performing concepts. I always make sure that while the ads are optimized to perform, they still feel elevated, on-brand, and unmistakably Jennifer Fisher.
Homepage Design
As the first touchpoint for consumers, the homepage is my opportunity to tell a clear brand story. I use bold imagery and distinctive, on-brand headlines to capture attention and convey the confidence and modern edge that define Jennifer Fisher, while ensuring everything looks and works seamlessly across desktop and mobile.
Email Marketing
I lead the development of a consistent and strong brand voice in our email marketing, ensuring every message communicates Jennifer Fisher’s values, story, and distinctive style. While I previously designed emails end-to-end, I now oversee the entire process from concept to copywriting briefs, guiding the creative direction and strategy. From planning content calendars to directing creative concepts, I ensure every post, story, and video embodies Jennifer Fisher’s signature style and resonates authentically with our audience.
